How we work
We will use our expertise to assess the potential of your site whether its an extension, conversion, re-development or piece of land. We will research the location and look at any potential in your site. Once we have carried out our initial appraisal we have a two-stage approach:
1. We work for you
We work for you giving you access to our services and skills to ensure that we deliver a project that works. You will have access to all our services and will work to design a project that is deliverable and realistic.
2. We do all the work
This is outside the box. After our initial appraisal has been carried out we can propose an option that allows you sit back and relax. We invest our time and money to achieve the planning application and take the risk. We put in place an agreement that gives the landowner a superior future value that is trigger once planning is achieved.
